Delivery geography

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta—to branches, parcel terminals, or by courier to your address.

Departure schedule and deadlines

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are transferred to the carrier on the same day.
After 15:00 – dispatch on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped on the first business day.

Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from the moment the parcel is handed over to Nova Poshta. The exact delivery time depends on the city and the carrier's workload.

Delivery methods

Nova Poshta branch/parcel terminal – pick up at a convenient location, notification from the carrier.
Nova Poshta courier – door-to-door delivery at an agreed time.

After dispatch, we will send you the TTN number for tracking.

Shipping cost

Approximately from 75 UAH - to a branch or parcel terminal (1–3 days).
Approximately from 95 UAH - by courier to your address (1-3 days).

The final cost is determined by Nova Poshta based on current rates, taking into account weight/volume and the city of receipt.

Checking the parcel upon receipt

We recommend inspecting the packaging and contents upon delivery. If there is any damage or discrepancy, please report it to a Nova Poshta employee and notify us for a prompt resolution.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery with Nova Poshta – payment in cash or by card at the branch/courier upon delivery. Cash on delivery fees apply according to the carrier's rates.
Online payment via WayForPay – use any bank card; payment is processed instantly.
A non-cash transfer to the seller's account is suitable for individuals and legal entities (we can provide an invoice if necessary).
Payment to a bank card – details below.
