1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the terms of use of the website and the placing of orders for products (clothing) on thenorthface.in.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). By using the Website, placing an order, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Definition of terms
- User/Buyer – any legally competent individual or legal entity visiting the Site and/or placing an order.
- Seller – a company that places offers for the sale of goods on the Website and accepts payment.
- Product – clothing offered for sale on the Website.
- Order — a completed request from the Buyer to purchase the Goods.
4. Acceptance of terms (offer)
Information about Products on the Website constitutes a public offer. Placing an Order and/or making a payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
5. Placing an order
- The buyer selects the Product and adds it to the cart.
- Fills in the recipient's details and delivery address/department.
- Select a payment method from those available on the Site.
- After the Seller confirms the availability of the Product, the order is sent for shipment.
Processing and delivery times are indicated on the "Delivery and payment" page.
6. Prices and payment
Prices for Products are listed in hryvnia (UAH) and are subject to change by the Seller at any time prior to Order confirmation. The final payment amount is determined at checkout.
Available payment methods:
- Cash on delivery at the delivery service (according to the carrier’s rates).
- Online payment via a payment service, if available on the Website.
- Cashless transfer/payment to the Seller's details.
- Payment to the Seller's bank card.
Bank/payment system fees are paid by the Buyer in accordance with the rules of the relevant institution.

8. Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta. Options include delivery to a branch/parcel terminal or by courier to your address. Delivery times and rates are based on the carrier's terms and conditions and are listed on the "Delivery and Payment" page.
Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for the safety and delivery time. The buyer receives a consignment note number for tracking the package.
9. Acceptance of goods
The buyer must inspect the parcel upon receipt. In case of damage or discrepancies, a report must be drawn up with the carrier's representative and reported to the seller.
10. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges of goods are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, complete, with tags and packaging intact. Detailed instructions (including the ability to return items independently without contacting a manager) are available on the "Returns and Exchanges" page.

Refunds are made using the same payment method after acceptance and inspection of the Product within the timeframes specified on the “Return and Exchange” page.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content (text, images, design, interface elements) is protected by law. Copying or use of any materials without the written consent of the copyright holder is prohibited. Trademarks and trade names may belong to their respective owners.
12. User behavior
The User undertakes not to commit any actions that may damage the operation of the Site, not to gain unauthorized access, not to post false information, and not to violate the rights of third parties.
13. Confidentiality and personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation and the Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you agree to the terms of such processing.
14. Guarantees and liability
The Seller is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the Website, technical failures, or actions of third parties or carriers. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability is limited to the value of the Order paid by the Buyer.
15. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations if it was a consequence of force majeure circumstances confirmed in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.
16. Amendments to the Agreement
The Seller may unilaterally amend this Agreement by publishing an updated version on the Website. Amendments will take effect upon publication unless otherwise specified.
17. Final Provisions and Dispute Resolution
The legal relations between the parties are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if agreement cannot be reached, they are referred to the competent Ukrainian court according to the rules of jurisdiction.
