General terms and conditions
You can return or exchange clothing within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, provided it is in its original condition and complete.
- The product has not been used , without signs of wearing, washing or foreign odors.
- Tags, seals and original packaging intact .
- Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
Returns/exchanges of proper quality are at the buyer's expense. If a manufacturing defect or packaging error is detected, we will cover shipping costs.
How to return an item yourself without contacting a manager
- Pack the item in its packaging and outer shipping box/bag. Include a sheet of paper inside: full name, order number, phone number, and desired refund or exchange option (model/size).
- Create a shipment in the Nova Poshta app or at a branch:

- Please retain the tracking number (TTN) until your parcel arrives at our warehouse. We will process your return/exchange within 1-3 business days after inspecting the item.
If it's more convenient, you can send us an email with the consignment note number to [email protected] , but this is not required —sending it yourself is sufficient.
Exchange
The fastest way to do this is to place a new order in the correct size/model and return the unwanted item as instructed above. Once we've accepted and verified your return, we'll issue a refund for your first order.
Direct exchanges are also possible: please indicate your desired replacement (model/size) in the enclosed note. We will ship the exchanged item after receiving and inspecting the return.
Refund
- Processing time: 1-3 business days after acceptance and positive inspection of the goods.
- Refund method: using the same method used for payment. For cash on delivery, return to the Buyer's bank card.
- Amounts: The cost of the item is refunded. Initial/return shipping costs are not reimbursed for returns of proper quality.
- Bank/service fees: are charged in accordance with their tariffs.
When can we refuse to accept a return?
- There are signs of use, washing, damage or foreign odors.
- Original labels/seals or packaging are missing, and the completeness is damaged.
- Damage caused by improper transportation (insufficient outer packaging).
